Shipman Industries developed a device that is a portable, purpose built machine that uses a patented brush system to clean bolts ranging in size from ¾” to 3 inches in diameter. They have also introduced a new device that will clean bolts and pipe ranging in diameter from ¾” to 7 inches. Cleaning pipes and bolts has never been an easy job. The Shipman cleaner makes it quick and easy. It can also clean pipe, tubing and pins of all sizes. It has been designed to work at a rate of 90 percent faster and as a result, productivity is increased and labor costs are reduced. It also has shielded housing and an automatic shut-off to ensure safer usage. The operator’s hands never come in contact with the machine’s wire brushes and the chance for eye injuries is also reduced. This unique product can be used in any industry. |

| TEST PLUGS from COB Industries, Inc. A complete line of low, medium and high pressure test plugs. Qwik-Test Seal plugs are commonly called Disc Plugs and have a low-profile aluminum body. They can be made either in one piece or in multiple sections for limited access situations. Sizes 24”-96” (all sizes 48” and up are “split” design). Cast Aluminum expansion plugs are rugged and lightweight from 1.5”-36” (custom sizes also available). These are easy to use wing-nut style pipe plugs with a hollow threaded stem that can be used to fill or vent. They are used in a wide range of applications including FME. |
